Requirement: An experienced FIS Profile Developer to lead and enhance TLS for BNS mortgages. This role involves solution design, development leadership, and engaging with global tech teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain solutions using FIS Profile Tool and Database (MUMPS).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement features.
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement fixes.
- Lead developer teams and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
- Align technology with business strategies and support complex workflows.
Required Skills:
- Advanced FIS Profile Tool expertise and scripting.
- Strong knowledge of MUMPS database, SQL, UNIX/LINUX (AIX), JDBC, JTDC.
- 10+ years' experience in large-scale software development.
- Proven team leadership and project coordination.
- Proficiency in Java 8/Spring, API integration, Agile methodologies.
- Banking/mortgage domain experience preferred.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, ACCP.
