Job Quality Engineering Manager, Christian Island

Job Title: QE Manager Location: Toronto, ON it is Full time role
Strong knowledge of QE processes and methodologies:

Deep understanding of testing lifecycle, SDLC, defect management, and various testing techniques.

• Experience with testing tools and technologies:

Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, UFT, Playwright), scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, Bash), and testing tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, qTest).

• Experience in cloud, big data, and API testing:

Experience in testing in cloud environments, big data platforms, and API testing is often required.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills:

Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Leadership and team management experience:

Proven ability to lead and manage a team of QE professionals, providing guidance and support.

• Experience in the financial or insurance industry (preferred):

Experience in the financial or insurance industry, particularly with platforms like Encompass, can be beneficial.
