Job Skilled Renovator (Piece Work)

Job Description:As a skilled renovator specializing in piece work, you will be responsible for performing a variety of renovation tasks with precision and expertise. Your primary duties will include but are not limited to:

• Installing sinks, faucets, and plumbing fixtures for kitchens and bathrooms.
• Mounting and installing door handles, locks, and other hardware.
• Installing range hoods and venting systems.
• Repairing and replacing damaged or outdated fixtures and fittings.
• Ensuring all installations meet safety and quality standards.
• Communicating effectively with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
• Completing tasks within specified timeframes and budgets.

• Proven experience as a renovator or similar role, with a focus on kitchen and bathroom installations.
• Proficiency in plumbing, carpentry, and general construction techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Own tools and transportation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
