About the Role
You'll be placed with a top-tier bakery/food manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll operate forklifts to receive, move, and ship raw materials and finished products. You'll play a key part in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring strict food-safety and GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities-
Safely operate various forklift types (sit-down, stand-up, reach, clamp, counterbalance) to load/unload trucks and move pallets

Use RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accuracy in shipping/receiving logs

Rotate stock using FIFO methods to maintain product quality and comply with food safety protocols .

Inspect equipment, pallets, trailers, and report any damage

Keep work areas clean and organized in alignment with GMP/SOP standards

Assist with general warehouse duties: packaging, shrink-wrapping, waste removal, battery changes, and forklift equipment upkeep.

Valid forklift license/certification, including Walkie Rider, Counter Balance, Reach.

Minimum 1 year of experience operating forklifts in warehouse/manufacturing (2+ years preferred in food/bakery).

Comfortable in temperature-controlled environments (freezer/cooler), and able to lift up to 50 lb.

Proficient with RF scanner devices and basic computer systems (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, WMS).

Strong communication, reliability, attention to detail, and workplace safety.

Flexible scheduling across all shifts and locations.
