Your Opportunity:Knollcrest Lodge is recruiting for Part-Time and Casual Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our team in Milverton. In this role, you will report to the Director of Resident Care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the nursing process by observing and reporting changes in the residents’ physical and emotional conditions
• Deliver personal care to promote comfort and safety for the resident during activities of daily living in accordance with the standard of resident care
• Understand the needs of residents through Resident Care Plans/Kardex, and providing the prescribed bedside personal care needed
• Follow health and safety protocols and maintain a safe environment

Job Requirements:

• Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate or current Nursing Student (RPN, RN)
• Experience working in health care or long term care setting is considered an asset
• Ability to read and write in English, and understand verbal and written instructions in English
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with other colleagues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

Pay: $25.91-$27.65 per hour

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed
• Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Milverton, ON N0K 1M0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
