• Provide creative solutions to meet the needs of the client. working closely with clients to assess their insurance needs, ensuring their qualifications and promoting sound business solutions.

• Support teams by removing obstacles to their performance.
• Ensure policies and procedures are consistently followed.
• Build strong relationships with team to foster a supportive environment.
• Ensure a superior customer experience by managing client complaint escalations and ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
• Coach, train and mentor your team
