Job Site Administrator, Kingston

MetCap Living Management Inc. is one of the largest private third-party property managers specializing in multi-residential property management. We are a growth-oriented company with our head office located in Toronto, Ontario, and property operations in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick.

We're in search of an Administrator for one of our properties in Kingston.

You have:

- A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service
- Excellent computer skills - particularly in Word, Excel and E-mail
- Strong administrative skills and energy in this fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and procedure

- Ability to deal with diverse groups of tenants
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Good people skills and excellent customer service
- the ability to interact positively with tenants and staff
