Corporate Lawyer
- 3+ years of practice as a lawyer
- Manage asset and share deals from start to finish
- Work with private lenders in providing financing
- Draft complex commercial contracts
- Work collaboratively with clients, counsel, banks, accountants, private lenders, and team members towards a common goal
The successful candidate will have:
- Superb organization skills and strong work ethic
- Strong legal, analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience prioritizing multiple projects at any given time
The candidate must be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
