Job Maintenance Technician

Job Description

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Perform preventative and emergency maintenance to production equipment: CNC Mills, CNC lathes, CNC multifunction machines, manual mills, manual lathes, Hydraulic presses, etc.

• Realignment and levelling of CNC and Manual machine tools

• Diagnose alarm conditions on machines and recommend repair options

• Manage spare parts and tooling inventory for all production assets

• Perform all compressed air piping

• Prepare machines for moving, rig and move machines as necessary within the facility

• Minor electrical and minor building repairs, (i.e. door repairs, lighting, etc)
