Hiring Today! A Canadian law firm is seeking to add an experienced lawyer in their corporate finance sector. The Lawyer will be developing settlements, preparing documents and correspondence as needed. This position is perfect for somone that wants to build strong relationships with a dedicated client focused team.

Responsibilities in this role will include:

• drafting securities and related materials
• reviewing and finalizing related closing documents
• creating and maintaining financial resources

The successful candidate will have:

• Superb organization skills and strong work ethic
• Strong legal, analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience prioritizing multiple projects at any given time

The candidate must be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
